I’ve sent 50 newsletters.
That’s 50 times I’ve opened my laptop, sat with my thoughts, and asked:
• What does my audience really need right now?
• There were weeks I didn’t feel ready.
• There were weeks I thought, “Does this even matter?”
• There were weeks when I had so much to say that I had to edit myself down to fit in your inbox.
I kept showing up.
Because I knew YOU were still out there, figuring it out, feeling the weight of building a business you care about deeply.
I didn’t send 50 newsletters just to promote my business. My goal was never to flood your inbox with “shoulds.” It was to show up with a reminder, strategy, or shift that could move your business forward — even a little.
I sent 50 newsletters because I care deeply about helping small business owners — like you — build a business that feels good to run.

A few months into writing this newsletter, I shared a story about overplanning.
If I had just made a better plan, I could have avoided the mess. I said, “The one word I was not accepting was flexibility.”
That resonated with so many of you. Like me, you wanted a business you could count on, but what you really needed was a business that could bend and still support you.
50 Newsletters Later, Here’s What I Know: (be sure to grab the complete guide below)
These are the patterns I see over and over — in myself, in my clients, and likely in you too :
🔸 Most people don’t need more information.
They need a way to filter the noise and focus.
🔸 Marketing isn’t about doing everything.
It’s about doing the right things, consistently, in a way that fits your life.
🔸 It’s hard to grow when you’re always in the weeds.
You can’t build a bigger vision if you’re stuck managing daily chaos.
🔸 We don’t talk enough about sustainability.
About creating a business that doesn’t just make money, but gives you energy, freedom, and breathing room.
How I’ve helped along the way (a few highlights from these 50):
• Helped you identify where time is leaking and how to get it back.
• Encouraged you to delegate without guilt.
• Showed you how to simplify your marketing strategy.
• Talked about rebranding, reconnecting, and rebuilding.
• Helped you take consistent action (not just “perfect” action).
• Supported your shift from reactive to intentional
What this means for you:
• You don’t have to do it alone.
• You don’t have to figure out the algorithm, offer, systems, and strategy in the same week.
• You have to keep showing up. For yourself. For your clients.
• And yes, for your future business — the one that funds your life, not runs it.
A little invitation:

“Before joining the Business Momentum Blueprint, I felt all over the place and doing things I thought I should be doing because others were doing it. I felt nervous that my business would not last much longer. I had ideas but no structure—and I was constantly second-guessing myself. Working with Dawn has been a game-changer. She helped me simplify my marketing, clarify who I’m talking to, and start showing up consistently. Not to mention, I was able to hire two part-time employees to take care of some things on the back end of the business so I could show up in other places where I needed to. For the first time, I feel like I have a real plan—and I’m seeing results. This program gave me confidence and accountability I didn’t even realize I needed.”
