Hi there! I'm Dawn Hogan, As the founder and CEO of Business Growth Solutions, I bring 25 years of expertise in business workflow, productivity, and marketing to strengthen small businesses. As a certified coach specializing in operations and strategic business growth, I also provide hands-on business administration, operations, and marketing services, as well as training and coaching for your team to ensure maximum efficiency and sustainable growth. My experience spans diverse industries, with a focus on supporting small businesses and independent professionals.

I'm a team player, task manager, business coach, and reliable facilitator—a true renaissance woman in your corner, helping you achieve your goals and exceed expectations. Here’s my story:
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I was fascinated with the idea of having my own business from a young age. The family hardware store was my early training ground. It instilled in me a deep understanding of the business world and fueled my ambition to one day venture out on my own entrepreneurial journey. And so I did! Just like any business journey I had numerous setbacks that have marked my path, yet I refused to let them get in the way of my business vision each time. Falling only forced me to get back up, learning and cultivating resilience daily.

I spent the last 25 years developing effective strategies for numerous companies, including owning two family businesses specializing in operations and marketing. These experiences cultivated a joy for the ins and outs of business! Over the years I’ve developed well rounded skills, processes and strategies that lead to results.

I have a great appreciation for the jobs, projects, and promotions throughout my career, and the wonderful people who took the time to mentor and teach me.
